Refund Policy:

At Cosi With Miso, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with our products. We strive to ensure that each item you receive meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

1. **Damaged or Defective Items:** If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer. To initiate the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) along with your order details.

2. **Incorrect Orders:** In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. **Change of Mind:** We understand that sometimes preferences change. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and all items must be returned. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. See #4 below

4. **Refund Processing:** Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

5. **Exclusions:** Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
